Job-work and mass production

Production division of BOST SK is able to meet the demand of both large and small customers.

Requirements of job-work are fulfilled by the use of highly accurate 5-axis machining centers and the use of technologies for the manufacture of molds, molded inserts, small turbines, and also pressing, extruding and calibration tools.

The use of robotic workstation for high-capacity orders, which significantly accelerates and improves fulfilment of customer´s order, and the use of fully automatic feeding machine are typical for mass production. Both of these technologies eminently improve quality of work and reduce time of preparations and machining.

Materials

The most frequently used materials in our production are different types of steel of all classes, (including stainless materials), aluminium and its alloys, non-ferrous metals, alloys of copper, cast iron castings and polyamides.

We are able to provide various types of material modifications: anodizing, galvanizing, blackening, chromium-plating, nickel-plating, benefication, hardening, cutting, horizontal drilling, sharpening, production of gearing, production of grooves in holes

Other services

For other companies, we offer service of labeling of promotional products with our industrial laser, and quality control of products by our measuring device.
